Welcome. I didn't like La Gloria Cubana either when I first started smoking. I tried one a couple of years later and couldn't believe that it was the same cigar. Keep in mind that your tastes will change and to give them a try again later.

BTW, I did my internship at PeerMusic Publishing in Los Angeles. I worked in the TV/Radio/Film department. It's a very exciting field. Good luck to you.

I'll make sure to give them another a shot down the road a little bit.

I've heard of peer music, how was your experience with them?
Are you still working in the field?

Right now I'm working for a composer and doing my own thing on the side, but I may need to reassess my work situation in the not too distant future.

Mike, First off, welcome to BOTL - I thought I already posted welcome, but I guess not.

The career sounds very interesting & 'up my alley', always been passionate about music...

Enjoy the ride - This is a great place to get recomendations, advice, do trades/splits & passes... In the process you make some new friends & gain an education!

Same here -- and I also find myself wondering how I ever liked some cigars. Your tastes will definitely change.

I used to go to Pasadena a lot (lived in Eagle Rock, years later worked in Pasadena for a while) and liked driving by the houses I'd never be able to afford. Hope you like it there.

Welcome aboard.

The temperature control device you need for your wine cooler is a Thermostat. Google "Refrigerator Thermostat for home brewing" they are used for beer making. You plug it into the wall, the wine cooler into it and it will maintain what ever temperature you wish. Costs about $60 I think.

Enjoy your time here.
