I'd more like to see a Pepin / Fuente Face off instead of a Pete/Dion.
I think pepin and fuente could have some incredible things made from each others things.... Just my .02
Well put, totally agree.I think no matter who you paired up in contest the outcome would be beneficial for the entire industry. We the consumer would benefit from great cigars, and the manufacturer's would benefit from increased exposure. Just my HO.
I know this is an open forum, however, I find what you said almost embarassing. I must start by saying that I am not one of those that OES mentions in his sig line, but I do enjoy many of Pete's cigars. It sounds like you just insinuated that Pete is merely a figure head with little or no influence on the cigars that his company produces. It is one thing to not like His cigars, company, or him for that matter, but to float that suggestion in an open forum is, in my opinion, reckless. Having met Pete, as many of us has, I know that you could not be any further from the truth Search the internet, and you will find the answer to your questions, and I think that what you will find is that you were completely off base. JM .02Maybe this is a matter of semantics, Pete. But do you know what the tobacco is, or is it more of you telling Pepin you want it stronger, or with more seco, that sort of thing. I've heard pepin doesn't tell people that he makes cigars for what he's using in the blend, he just gives you the blend and you tell him if you like it or not. Or is that just bad info? Or do you two have a "special" relationship (that looks wrong, sorry)?
I would like to see a Rocky Patel vs. Gurkha face off. That would be Epic! :waving:

it could also be a race to see how many different lines of cigars you could produce from sais ammount of tobacco and in a fixed amount of time.To each his own for sure... To me it would be very gross, see who uses the most natural dye in there cigars*sigh*
Do a search! You will find it. :jitb:I would like to see Megan Fox naked...just sayin

I'm repeating what i heard and asking for clarification. What's embarrassing about that? Pete said I got bad info. Nuff said.I know this is an open forum, however, I find what you said almost embarassing.
