How cold?

My outdoor smoking habit drops dramtically once it gets in the 30's.

I would have to say upper 30's to low 40's. At that point I'm bundled up in the shed with the heater on full blast. I thought I could just "power" through the cold this winter with extra clothing but cold hands and feet get old after a while. Good news is I think we all will have a good stocks of smokes for the warmer months.

:stretchgr Do what I did, convince the wife to let you convert the 3rd car garage into a man-cave. Heated, smoke ventilation, TV, Sofa, Surround Sound.

Funny you mention that, we will be moving to our new place in late May and I get the garage for a man cave. Its attached to the house and I think the heater/ventilation system is in it. I'm going to figure out how to vent the place, hopefully my time on submarines will help me in rigging the ventilation system to vent off unwanted air:thinkidea

It really depends on the wind, if its calm out 20 or lower is no real problem. The biggest problem at these temps is your warm succulent cigar turns into a cold frozen carrot.

If under 30 degree a very short smoke or nothing at all.

If it's in the mid to upper 30's I will set outside during the day, below that I have a good BOTL who has a man cave to smoke in thats heated.

30's? Don't smoke outside when it is that cold. Go to your local smoke shop, sit down in a comfy leather chair, watch flat screen TV, drink a beer and light one up! Yeah, The Cigar Room in Lakeway!:smokingbo

I won't go outside to smoke unless it's at least in the 50's, or if there's a bonfire. Otherwise, I'll be smoking inside, in a leather chair with a good beverage nearby.
