Move to California. Less shoveling more smoking. Unless you are in a mud slide area then well you are screwed.

I just shoveled for 5 minutes and smoked the cigar during the 15 minute breaks I took!

Can't say I've tried smoking and shoveling, but Larry's approach is how I trim the hedges.

If there's snow on the ground, it's too cold to smoke. Get out, shovel, get in, get warm again.
