12 miles ... 20 - 50 mins depending on which route I take, which car I'm driving and traffic conditions.

Mines about the same as Bill's +/- 15 min.

48 miles one way, then by the golf course on the way home.

At least a 100 a day, 4 days a week.

Min. of 8 hr's behind the wheel each week.

If I'm teaching in NYC, it's about an hour by subway (J/Z)

If I'm teaching online, it's about 1 min (2 minutes if there is a "catjam" pile up).

If I'm teaching outside of NYC, it varies from 1 hour train ride to 6 hour flight+ground time, hotel time and time to finding the actual location to teach at.
