I agree with just about every post here. I'll add that within the first few minutes, if there's no draw or burn issues, I'll know for sure. If it's something I have high expectations on, I'll stay with it a little longer. Otherwise, I'll pitch it for something else.
So the answer is One. Unless there's construction issues.
Life is too short for ugly woman and shitty cigars ;)

I normally try 1 and either I love it or not. Always pass judgment after 1. In saying that though even ones I've thought "meh" I will always finish. As in I've never really had one I hated, just liked less or more.

And also I have never had a smoke I have liked the first time and not the second. So at this stage there is no reason to change my tactics.:blackalien:

Thanks, I appreciate all of the insight! I do agree there are too many choices to waste time on a bad cigar. Cigar time is always precious time!
