Since living in southern coastal South Carolina for 11 years I've seen snow all of three times. Each time it snowed down here holy hell broke loose, people couldn't drive or didn't know who to in the snow, schools, government everthing shut down. Oh, btw I'm talking about 2-3 inches too!

Its all over here in the Pocono's we got about three inches, enough to have to fire up the blower and shovel.
