I'd contact the BBB and see if its an issue you can bring up through them.

We dont' get harassed by any lawn care companies...maybe its because we're a hispanic family living in a hispanic neighborhood....TruGreen would be wasting their time! hahaha.

Whats been pissin me off lately is going to the bank to deposit or cash a check and them trying to get me to sign up for some rewards program or open a new account with the guarantee of being entered to win some stupid prize giveaway every 10 seconds.
