Didn't want to think about it. I can think of at least 2k I've spent with just one shop. Keep saying I'm done adding to the pile but then a box goes on sale, or someone offers in on a split.

You sir, must now be vetted and your entire life will be scrutinized and examined in the process. This feels like a setup and I will not be confirming my Cigar related expenditures out in the open where they can be found and possibly held against me (by wife).

Shame on you friend...shame! Lol

This question came up a few years ago on another forum site and it was asked how much money was spent on cigars since the first day you had one. I did an average over time since I started buying them regularly at the age of 16....44 years later at a yearly average cost of at least $2500 a year...some years were lean while others were pretty heavy and the total nearly crippled me...over $110,000. That's a MB and BMW ...can I have a do-over?

That's like the joke:

Lady: Do you smoke?
Guy: Yes I do.
Lady: How many packs a day?
Guy: 3 packs.
Lady: How much per pack?
Guy: $10.00 per pack.
Lady: And how long have you been smoking?
Guy: 15 years
Lady: So 1 pack is $10.00 and you have been smoking 3 packs a day which puts your spending per month at $900. In 1 year, it would have been $10,800. Correct?
Guy: Correct.
Lady: If 1 year you spend $10,800, not accounting for inflation, the past 15 years puts your spending total at $162,000. Correct?
Guy: Correct.
Lady: Do you know if you hadn't smoke, that money could have been put in a step-up interest savings account and after accounting for compound interest for the past 15 years, you could have by now bought a Ferrari?
Guy: Oh. Do you smoke?
Lady: No.
Guy: Then where's your fucking Ferrari?*

Do what you enjoy! I'd much rather a low maintenance, fuel efficient vehicle & a few cigars a week. There's always rentals :p

I wanted to answer this thread honestly and started going through old Credit Card statements. I stopped after two months. Ignorance is bliss
