Thanks for all of the responses. But I think it was misunderstood, I don't smoke for stress. That's a waste of a great cigar, because all your thinking about is your stress. I smoke for the cigar, and the flavors, and aroma. But is there a way not to get dizzy, it seems when I just started I never got dizzy, but now even 1 sometimes will make me dizzy.
I too occasionally get the nicotine buzz. I chose cigars now based on what I have eaten or what not. I try not to fire up a liga before breakfast. I enjoy it much more now that I smoke a wider range of sticks.

Usually to much for me is when my colon decides to go spastic...

Hahahaha.........that's funny right there.

I smoke 1-3 a day depending on how busy I am...as far as getting dizzy...I always smoke on a full stomach. I rarely work or try to accomplish anything less reading or surfing the web. Also I TRY to only take 1 puff every minute. Everyone is different, trying to find what works best for you is the key.
Happy puffing my friend...

I can never have too much. I don't smoke daily lol. The other day I went to visit the Aging Room factory and I smoked like 5 cigars (first time doing that) and even that wasn't enough for me to say: "stop" lol

I go based on how the nico is hitting me. The most I've had is 5 smokes over the course of a day. It depends where I'm at and who I'm with. Just know your limits.

The biggest concern is at what point is your pallet no longer allowing you to enjoy the next cigar. Otherwise your throwing away time and money, right?

If you feel your palate is saturated and you are finding it difficult to discern flavors/tastes then you are wasting your fine smokes IMHO. When I get to this point I call it quits for the day. I'd say that is in the 3-4 cigar range but that varies depending on cigar strength, size and what I've eaten or drank.

So what are some good cheaper sticks...like 7 and under
Im not sure what size range you enjoy, but ive really taken a liking to the diesel corona. They can be had for around $3 a stick and taste great. As far as dizziness I would suggest you avoid swallowing your spit, I learned that the hard way via perdomo. And as was stated previously, drink something.
