HumidiSheets and Xikar Envoy

I just saw that case the other day. Gorgeous but a bit pricey at around 100

Mine is about five years old, dark green leather with a polished wood top (rosewood, I think)...beautiful case, but I only paid around $50 for it back then. Picked it up in a local Tinder Box store as a Christmas present for myself.

It does usually attract comments.

While obviously not airtight, when you close it, it "whooshes" the air out with a pretty distinct sound.

The Atoll cases are excellent quality. I have 1 of the Opus X Atoll Cases. The Xikars are an excellent quality knockoff of the Atoll. The Envoy is a sturdier case, but it takes a while to get rid of that strong leather/glue smell.

I think that for added strength, they have a core of aluminum sandwiched in between the leather and the cedar..is that right Ron? Anyway, it's one of my favorite cigar toys.

yup, they do have the sandwich construction. Its a very classy case. The Opus case is beautiful. When I carry the Opus case, I am careful with it, so sturdiness is not that important. If I want to step on it, I bring my Ciguard Caddy. I can step on it, or lose the damn thing, and it wont matter too much.

the sheets work just like the heartfelt beads because they are made from the heartfelt beads. they will work, but you will get more for your $ using beads. if you want the sheets, give me a shout. i will give you a nice deal
