Humidor temperature above ambient

i have a small humidor oF around 15 cigars, but want to upgrade to a 50 or 100 one... i know in the summer there is temperatures up to the 100s so for sure there will be a heating problem... would a wineador be good enough with these high outer temperatures?
is the temp inside, where you want to place the wineador in the 100's?
I would look for a cool, dark place (inside a closet? or a basement? etc..)..
Otherwise, I am not sure a thermoelectic wineador could keep up...
It would certainly reduce the temp... but I dont know that even if it was running 24 hours a day that you could actually get the internal temperature down to 65 if your external temp is in excess of 100..
