I thought it amusing that the announcers thought that Texas was "showing a lot of fight" or "battling back" all game. Apparently, they hadn't looked at the stats before the game showing that these two teams were about as evenly matched as two teams can be. Margin of victory numbers, points for, points against, yards, etc. Hysterical.

The media spin in college football games is getting ridiculous. Just watch any Florida, USC, OU, or Ohio State game. It makes you feel like their opponent should feel lucky to have made it into the stadium without being down 17 points.

Well said! Texas has a long road ahead with Mizzou next then OK state, then Tech, and two weeks later Kansas all top ten teams most likely after this week with the exception of Mizzou and maybe kansas we will see what happens tomorrow.
