Congrats! 8 hours is nuts. I don't think I've taken a professional exam longer than 90 minutes ever. Hell, the SATs are only like 3 hours.

Now go tell your boss it's time for a raise!
Once I get the license in the mail that'll be the plan! Hah.

It's actually the second 8 hour test in the process. You have to take another 8 hour exam called the Engineer in Training exam to qualify for this one. I took that right out of college 6 years ago tho. Then you have to practice for at least 4 years to take the PE. I did 6 because I did a 2 year MBA program in there. It's been a journey. Now it's continuing education instead of formal school! Finally! Thanks for all the support fellas.

Congratulations bro! I will be sure to smoke one for you, I can't imagine what it would be like to not be able to smoke because of the cold. #Aussiesummerrightnow

I am an electrical engineer in the commercial construction industry. In October I took the most important test of my career, the Practice and Principals of Engineering exam and today I got notice that I Passed! It's an 8 hour exam with a wide range of power engineering questions as well as economics and code questions. It was my second time taking it as I failed the first time around. I'm so relieved and excited that I passed! I had to share it. Shows working hard pays off!

It's cold here so smoke one for me BOTL!
