From your list, the Monte EL Robusto will be an amazing cigar in a couple years, but it's not ready now. I've been highly impressed with early 06 SLR As, Monte #2s and Bolivar Coronas Gigantes. Also the DIC 05 RG Lonsdales are quite good.

I know this is a very subjective question, but I am wanted to add one more box of cigars to my collection (all my humidor can handle) and could only pick one of the following what should I choose? I want a box that I can smoke a few now, and age the rest. All of these boxes are on the expensive side, no price is not an issue. Here they are, Cohiba siglo IV, Cohiba Siglo VI, cohiba lanceros, Partagas serie d no. 3, and the montecristo EL robusto. I am a big fan of the cohibas, but I have yet to smoke a box from 2006. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Out of those I'd go with the Sig IV or the Lanceros.I've seen some Lanceros from 01 that are floating around that aren't marked up:yes: .Frankluke mentioned the Partagas SdC #2's as being good.I agree!

All the Party SdC's,(1's,2's,and 3's) I've gotten with 06 boxcodes are tasty now,and I'm sure they're heading for greatness.I've got maybe a half box of the SdC 3's left,so I'll have to re-stock those babies...I just can't keep my hands off of them.

I'd say the Partagas Serie P No. 2 are the best '06 stock I've tasted. Somewhat cleaner flavor profile from even the late 05's. (I have a Sept. 05 box and an Apr. 06 box). The Apr 06's are out of this world. Too bad I don't have many left to age.

its going to very very hard to beat PSDC #1,#2 or #3........in fact i'll jump out there and state that there aint a Cohiba on the planet that can compare to the Partagas Serie De Connoisseur thats aged....lol let the bashing begin
