Today:

Cuban - La Flor de Cano Reinos Unido - had one last week and was one of the best cigars I've had this year -- unfortunately, haven't been able to turn up others...yet

NC - BREX

Ask me next week, I'll probably have different answer

Padron 80th anniversary or there was a Zino Platinum Crown Series Special Wrapper edition I believe it was released in either 2007 or 2008. I bought a bunch at the Davidoff Store at the Venetian back in 2008.

I think it would have to be the Padron 1964 anniversary Maduro it's my absolute favorite cigar I could smoke those every day.
And the 85th anniversary Maduro as well but maybe as a special occasion smoke that stick will put some hair on your chest.

Wish I could get a box of Tatuaje Anarchy.
I love the Tat Anarchy Apacolypse and am well stocked, but dropped the ball on this one.

Would have to be a box of Cohibas from the ISOM, just because i've never had one and would like to see the progress over the years as they age.

I'd really like a box of the Dantes myself. I was gifted one about a year ago and we each smoked them on the spot. It was such a delicious cigar. I'd love to have a humidor full. It's a shame they are so hard to source and fetch such a high dollar. It would be a shame to light that kind of money on fire.
