Thanks for the help.It's either a construction issue or your humidity has fluctuated. Is it humid where you are? 63-67 is not an issue, unless there's rapid fluctuation there which could cause issues.
It's possible that the filler was wet and the binder/wrapper was drying out, and as you smoked, the pressure cracked the binder/wrapper.
