Sorry to resurrect a thread, but the house didn't go through (turns out it had major roof issues). We just decided on another one last Friday and we're closing this Wednesday!
It's got a fucking kickass sunroom which will be converted into a smoking lounge. The cool part is that it once was a covered patio and then they walled it off, so it's actually on the outside of the brick house. That means that smoke won't go into the house very much!
Got a Tatuaje RC233 to christen it with, then maybe bust out an Opus or a Sig VI.

Congrats!!! There's no better investment than to buy a house. I'm actually in the process of selling mine that I've had for 6 years now. Bought it for $75K and owe $62. I went a bit under market value to sell it quicker and am listing it for $139,900. Homes are great investments!

Just got the house today and gave it a proper breaking-in! The smoking lounge is currently the only room in the house with any furniture in it (not gonna be completely moved in till next week). We've got a futon, a lovesac, a coffee table, a TV, a PS2, and of course cigars/beer/hookah/mini fridge.
Lit up my Tatuaje RC233 and Scotty (in the pics) had a 1992 RP Sixty.

Cool part is that the smoking lounge was built onto the exterior of the house -- no smelly casa!
