My guess would be none. Very few boxes were even made and stores that got them, got them in December

Correct me if I'm wrong, but my recollection is that these are not a one-time-only limited edition. Just an occasional, low-volume production, so you should have opportunities to get more in the future.

For me, prerelease BOTL > Regular L40, Prerelease L40>pretty much all Liga I've tried. But that's just one man's opinion.

I think I'd tend to agree, actually, though I haven't had an L40 in some time, and only had one. But in my recollection of the two, the BOTL stands out as more in my preferred profile.
