BoM January 2010
This year I smoked a cigar ever 2-3 weeks or so, but in the last month I've been burning about a stick a day as I try out new things to figure out what I like.
In the last week or so, I've noticed that every cigar is starting to taste the same to me. I pretty much just get this one strong flavor in every stick (not sure what to call that flavor). This includes cigars that I had previously had and tasted MUCH different.
Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve Corojo
Rocky Patel Vintage 1990
5 Vegas Classic
Romeo y Julietta Reserve Maduro
CAO VR
Rocky Patel Signature (twice)
Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve Maduro
5 Vegas Gold
Now, these are very different cigars that should taste totally different--and HAVE to me in the past! These cigars are stored in 2 different tupperdors and have all been received in the last 6 weeks, mostly from CI and CBid.
This has me somewhat concerned. Has my mouth simply been overloaded with more tobacco than it's used to? Should I take a break for a week? Is there something I'm missing here?
Thanks for your help!!
