What, marijuana is not legal? I didn't know that. Damn, I guess I should read a paper besides "zig-zag" once in a while.
And Bob, if that happens, I'll buy you a safety harness.

:hystericaIt is not legal in California? :eyequiver Oops.
+1 the sunny lifestyle suites me.If they do legalize it in CA, then I'm gonna pack my shit up and move West!
I quit smoking weed 15 years ago during my last semester of college, but if it's legalized, I'll start up again. Why not?Figures I quit smoking weed 6 months ago when my son was born. I took up cigars heavily then and its costing me more.
And what when someone uses that argument with cigars?Only in the privacy of your own home. The way it should be if it's regulated and taxed.
Searching for jobs in California starting.......NOWThere are a couple of shops that have the vending machines for after hours people. The ones around here require that you come in and get a special access card to use it. They are guarded, and require id verification. As far as laws goes.... I don't even worry about getting pulled over with less than an ounce these days. The pot costs more than the ticket. The prescription costs about $100 - $200 and can be had for reasons from trouble sleeping to chronic pain. Either way it's easy to get....and now the Feds have said they will ignore the dispensaries and their customers.
I got the DA to prosecute on a guy with a medical marijuana card :grinFU: I think it helped that he was driving while smoking.the marijunana laws in CA are so watered down as it is, it's an absolute pain in the ass to try to enforce them anyway! it'll be very interesting to see how this turns out,,,, as for legalization, i'll bet that's still a few years away....
And what when someone uses that argument with cigars?
Okay, that brought the lulz.Wish I could comment, but I cant really tell what the topic is, my Glaucoma is so bad but, I think it helps to be involved with others right now seeing as how my anxiety is at an all time HIGH, not to mention my CHRONIC back pain and peripheral neuropathic pain
Got to go now on my way to 7 Eleven to get some Cool Ranch Doritos and a Snickers bar
A) Nonetheless they'd use the argument. Not because of marijuana's "bothersome smoke," but rather its intoxicating effects.
Oh, I'm sure they would use that argument; nevermind the fact that it's nonsense.A) Nonetheless they'd use the argument.
B) Though different ones, tobacco remains a drug, thus with its effects.
So, I ask again: Why act like them? Just food for the thought.Oh, I'm sure they would use that argument; nevermind the fact that it's nonsense.
