Judgeing the smokes by price will cause you to miss many good value smokes. There are a number of good house brands and boutique cigars that fall under $4. Corona Cigars Cacigue brand, the Famous Nicaragua's and the Puros Honduras lines from Uncle Mikey to name a few. I even enjoy the JR Alt LCG Wavell's.

I rarely smoke cheap because I only smoke 2-3 a week anyway. Might as well be good ones.
