I’ve seen those before a buddy of mine av99 known for his orange crush always talked about them
I used to buy from a guy known for his orange crush....but he was the type you had to page and then meet in the parking lot of the 24hr McDonalds.

I used to have a couple tanks years ago, 15 or so, before camera phones & ease of Internet access so no pics. I lived with my parents still & had a couple saltwater tanks. One was a 20 gallon with live rock, a bunch of corals, crabs & snails to help maintain it, & a few fish a clown, gobbie, a mean ass wrass, & a blue tang. Don't remember all the specific corals I had, but remember there was a brain I was proud of, some polyps, & a clam that died, rotted, & stunk bad when I took it out. The tang eventually got to big for the tank & had to sell it off. I also had a 20 gallon long predator tank with live rock, a snowflake eel, a trigger, & a puffer, & snails & crabs. They eventually outgrew the tank & I gave them away, & got out of the hobby. As far as filtration & lighting, I just used the filters that hang on the back of the tank & the hood style lights with florecents & suction cup power heads that were readily available back then & it worked well with the smaller tanks Never needed heaters with room temps staying in the high 60s low 70s. I had friends with their own houses with larger tanks, 55 - 300 gallons with sump tanks, but I didn't have room for that at the time. We got all of our corrals, fish, etc. at the time, from a guy that had four baptism pools converted into tanks in his shop in a neighboring town. I actually think that he & some of his friends poached um occasionally from reefs along the gulf. Don't really know & didn't really care back then. That was what we had available & the price was right.

Like some people can get away with anything and then some people they pick on so much.
Typical forum behavior. Maybe its because I visit very little anymore but R2R has always seemed ok. On the other hand back in the day Reef Central could get feisty.
I’ve heard rc can get that way, like I had a coral fo sale add all the corals sold but one my jf candy coated stylo so I made a new thread for that one coral keep in mind this is 10 days later I get bitched at for making two threads within 2 weeks. And I told the mod all those are sold you can close that one and it was never closed and take a look and you’ll see about 3 threads by the same guy within the same few days on just the first few pages. I looked at a few big sellers and they have 5 different threads made on the same day but guess what no one bitches at them. It’s bs if they wanna play that game they need to be fair about it. Some of the mods are real nice guys and don’t care but then a few are total asses. Like I understand they don’t want 2 threads within 2 weeks that’s fine I didn’t know but they just need to be fair about it.
