Life just blindsides you sometimes

Rick that is terrible news my prayers and thoughts are with your family! My MIL just had surgery to remove a supposed in-operable tumor but got a 2nd opinion and went to MD Anderson Medical CTR. in Houston those guys are the flippin' shizzle! I don't know if you guys have but it might be worth it to get a 2nd opinion from maybe MD Anderson and also the Mayo up in Minnesota? I know there are also some fantastic hospitals in NY. Bless your family and take care of your wife this is going to be very tough and she needs you to be strong, God Bless!

Thanks everyone for the kind words and support. I just told my wife about the way everyone responded and she asked me to thank all of you for her as well. She said we really do have a great group of friends here that makes up our BOTL FAMILY. We share a brotherhood unlike any other online community she or I know of. She already knew that though from things I’ve mentioned to her so often. Thanks again for the support; it really means a lot to us.
