What I'd recommend, is checking out the Today's Smoke - 2016 thread. See what others are smoking and go from there. MOST you can get on-line from our retailers that support our forum. Of course, there's always those smokes that are limited edition, rare or even discontinued as well. It would probably be a good start down the cigar slope.

I agree - we've also just started up with cigar of the month this year, so paying attention to not only the actual CoM, but also the runners up each month gives you a few new ones to try and at least one where you'll have plenty of people to compare notes with.
