Full Disclosure: Drew Estate is the exclusive US importer of cigars made by the Joya de Nicaragua factory, so when you buy one, we make money.
That being said, my personal milder cigar of choice is the Joya de Nicaragua Cabinetta No. 7, a 6 x 50 toro. I would describe it as mild to medium, about a 4 to 5 on a 10 point scale strength wise imo. What I find very appealing about this cigar is that it has the head finished with a swath of heavy Nicaraguan criollo, which might look a little gimmicky to some, it actually dramatically changes the flavor. The cigar itself is in that milder, creamy flavor profile, but the criollo head coming in contact with your oral membranes lends a really tasty spiciness to the smoke, but since it isn't actually burning (until you get to very nub) it doesn't impact the strength level of the cigar. I find this perfect for a guy like me that craves a lot flavor from a cigar yet it keeps the octane level on the easy side. It is one of my absolute favorite milder smokes and can typically be found for about $6 a stick.
Other milder cigars I would strongly suggest trying:
Cabaiguan
Fuente Double Chateau
Fuente Hemingway Signature in Cameroon
Perdomo Champagne
CAO Gold
JDN Classico Natural
Avo Classic
Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real
