Everyone is talking about slowing down for the winter... but I don't think that's your issue. It sounds to me you just don't have the same core group of cigar smoking friends at school. Maybe hit up a local cigar lounge? Start a cigar club?
That is a great idea. Also try posting that you are looking for cigar folks to hang with. I know what you mean, sometimes alone is not the best time to smoke. It is the social part for me as well.

It's the winter slow down, happens to everybody. I slow down during the winter look at it as your cigars are aging so they'll taste even better when spring rolls around
^This. Instead of looking at it as lost time not smoking, look at it as time gained in aging your favorite sticks, provided your humi is even partially stocked.

Most of my stoges are smoked alone. I usually beat my fiancee home by a few hours so I'll go out and have a smoke and listen to music. It gets old sometimes but mostly I'm just too lazy to go outside and I'd rather watch TV. No biggie, the cold weather does that to people

Typically when I miss out on smoking due to no one to hang out with or it being too cold I typically have the opposite reaction.

It makes me want a cigar that much more!
My thoughts exactly..... When it's cold I just go to my B&M and kick back. I smoke entirely tooooo many cigars that way. :cbig:

I never smoke outdoors unless it is reasonably mild out. So that means I hardly smoke at all in winter here in Minnesota, except for an occasional trip to a parlor (none of which are real close to where I live.)

My brother-in-law says he smokes two cigars per year.

I think it is normal to get over-saturated with ANY kind of indulgence, whether it be chocolate cream pie or cigars. I often find that the best cigar I've ever had is the one I light up after a few months of not smoking one. So...take a break from it if you want! The cigars will be there if and when you want them again.
