I know it's not a race bike, but I'm looking at the Honda VTX1300R. Not looking good for this year but I can hope.
Not to rub it in, but for once it pays to be old. Ins. is only about $275 a year for full coverage.

I'd love to get a bike soon. My friend just got a new Ninja. I haven't rode a bike in a while so I'd have to start fresh and get my bearings first. I'd love to start with an R6 or a similar bike.
That new R6 with the new styling is so sweet. It looks like something Batman would ride. You have to see the black/black one. It's wicked. The back end with that metal bracket hanging real low doesn't do it for me, but the shorter exhaust is cool.

Looks like a wasp to me with a Konnector set on the back :hysterica IMO, it's all about the GSXR this year. Oh did you see how Yamaha was offering to buy back new r6's because the 17.5k redline on the tach was off and it really only revved to 15-16k when redlined. It's sad they would even try to get away with that.
