Mastercard blocking Tobacco Sales Online

My credit union uses Mastercard for debit card. As soon as I pay off my credit card I will be canceling it and getting a Visa from my Credit Union. I can use my credit card from now on and just pay it off right away.

Just wanted to Update BOTL: We (Atlantic) are back up with Mastercard as well as many of the other Retailers. We had to basically pay to play. Unbelievable.

Sorry to hear that you had to go out of pocket, you guys are one of my go to's for purchases. I still however will not be using M.C for anything I will keep it at they are just short of being socialists.

Sounds like that ought to be relatively easy to contest since UPS delivered a lot of stuff from JR that isn't tobacco.

UPS records are tied to JR's records. Very clear. Many SoCal people received nice bills for tax plus penalty.

They dont ship UPS anymore... USPS cant be subpoenaed according to JR.

JR will not ship to Washington because they say they wouldn't release our records to the state, true I don't know I don't trust Jr or the State. LOL

I have nothing against JR. I bought cigars from them before they became part of the colossuss. The problem is their size. With all the mail order they do they are a target for every state. Just not worth it.
