I just didn't wanna feel like a know it all and be the first to answer. Holy_diver is a D!*k. Just kidding :applause:I'm not sure what SE means. this sounds a little too easy.. whats ur angle? take post value divided by base value, 518.6/453.3 = 1.144 = 14.4% change (subtract 1 and multiply by 100 if u like) if SE is the amount of change then simply, 36.8/453.3 for .0811 or 8.11% change and 41.1/518.6 for .079 for 7.9% change. to do this in excell click on the box u want the answer to be in type = the click on the other box with the information u want, Ex E7 will pop up indicating that its taking the number from box E7. then hit / for divide then click another box of info. if u want %ages to come up then add this, and it'll look like =((E7/F7)-1)*100 always divide the postline value by the base value. If its the SE number that is the change then do =(SE#/Baseline)*100. sorry if this was condescending, hope it helps:bangbang:
oh, and the cool thing about excel is if the information is all in rows, like column a is baseline, column b is postline, then type =((B1/A1)-1)*100 into C1 then drag that box down as many rows as u like and it will automatically solve all of the values for you.
