My breakfast for the longest time was a coke and a couple cigarettes on the way to work/school in the morning, then I quit the cigs, and with my extended drive, it was a coke and a smallish PC or so cigar...Now, unfortunately, I've picked the coke and cigarette habbit back up, been sofa king stressed lately..The shrink is soon going to change it to a coke and prozac breakfast I think, so I can dump the cigs again ;-)

I hear ya, go back to the cigars if ya can, maybe cigarillos for a while to make the transition.....might work as a substitute and then you can ween off those
