I must be missing something. History scores basically haven't improved, and the tone taken is that it's the fault of NCLB. But what the article really wants is testing similar to NCLB. Since it's not listed, should we infer that Math and Reading scores have improved? So while all the posts seem negative to NCLB, the article is basically seeking to expand NCLB to other subjects.
So Bush has done well for our kids in Math and Reading, and his program should be expanded.:crosseyed
