I love me some Fuente. Yep, admitted Fuente whore right here. But WTF does a company that makes such great smokes have to put so much damn glue on the bands?! Wether it's an Opus LE or a daily budget smoke like the SG Double Chats I like with my coffee, lately I can't get through one without pulling off a chunk of wrapper. ARRRRGH!!! You make great sticks Carlos, why do you have to slather it on with a paint roller?!?!?! Phew. That felt good

I agree, the amount of glue they put on the bands seems to be a lot more than I have encountered with other brands

You are pulling the band off too early. I haven't had one Fuente tear a wrapper on me. I wait until the burn line is very close to the edge of the band and then it peels off perfect. Heat is the anti adhesive.

Gotta agree. Fuente bands do not come off nearly as easily! I feel your pain brother!
