In my singles drawer, I found it best to organize mostly by size. It's fun to dig through my "Churchill" section, or my "Robusto" section. Boxes are boxes... try to keep Marcas together but as the tetris gets harder and harder, I just find a crack and stick the box there. lol For the remaining NC's that I have, they are mainly grouped by brand, not size. I also have a crap ton of NC's that I will probably never smoke and am too lazy to organize and sell/gift and they are just all mixed together in a big tupperdor.

When I first got into cigars I bought all fivers online so I kept them all together. Now that I go to b&m's so much more I have a lot of singles so that went out the window. I try to keep my fivers together, I have a Tat drawer, and a lancero drawer. I try to keep things by size but that's difficult too. Everything mostly just gets put where it will fit. I have found lost cigars a couple times and it's exciting stuff.

When I had a humidor, it was a lot tougher to maintain any kind of order. I kinda knew where everything was because my stash was smaller. I was always pretty careful in the handling of things, so that made it easier.

When I moved to a wineador, I pretty much dedicated drawers to a couple brands... LP in one, Tats and My Fathers in another, etc. I had one drawer for random boutique brands and one for big brands. That kinda thing. The tough part was overflow... if you had a small drawer filled with one catagory, and the drawer above and below filled with another, overflow was a pain in the butt!

Now that I've sold most of my stash, the problem is the sticks rolling around every time I pull a drawer out. I would consolidate them to fewer drawers, but a)I don't want to take the time and energy to move what I have left from drawer to drawer, and b) I'm still holding out hope I'll be able to rebuild the stash at some point and don't want to move them twice!
Sounds like someone needs some brotherly love. How sturdy is your mailbox?;)

There's a small part of me that always wanted to organize my entire stash by vitola, but I never quite had the courage to break up the organization-by-marca!

i use an app (started when i had only a few sticks to keep track of what i liked), now that i have a wineador i have a tat drawer, drawer for sticks without cello (not sure why) which is mostly my "top shelf" or must try and two misc drawers since i mostly grab 5ers or a few sticks from the b&m. the app lets me know exactly what i have, how long ive had it. if i liked it etc...i would recommend it to all beginners.

Let's see here, shelves all have boxes, then bottom drawer is all "standard" cigars- Oliva Vs, Undercrowns, My Fathers, stuff that I can get pretty much anywhere. Top drawer is my more "Top Shelf" stuff, mostly boutiques and things I really enjoy. CCs, Tats, Opus, Fuentes, limited editions, new releases, etc etc.

Desktop humidor has three sections and I break it into CCs, My favorites, then guest smokes

I have the same humidor as the OP and usually purchase fivers. What I "try" to do is stack the like cigars so what I see on top should have the same cigar below it. It doesn't stay organized very long and every few months I will attempt to clean it up.

I keep one 70 qt cooler and one 100 ct humidor. The humi holds the good Fuente stuff and Cubans. The cooler is full or partial boxes along with boxes misc. stuff. I have a box full of assorted lanceros. I smoke out of the cooler probably 10-1 over the humi sticks. I never can remember exactly what is in the cooler boxes, so everyday seems like Christmas. Not a bad gig really!
