Ashamedly, I'm smoking my very first ever Liga Privada. It's the No. 9 and it was gifted to me by my secret santa this year. Pairing it with some Founder's Breakfast Stout; a nice combination if I do say so myself.
You won't get any reviews from me with words like hints of southeastern Mississippi pecans or slight notes of hawaiin vanilla, but you will get that it's GOOD with an easy draw and effortless smoke, a perfect burn and gorgeous ash. A very nice medium bodied smoke, much to my surprise, that I am thoroughly enjoying. And the plumes of smoke are giving my new Sharp Plasmacluster Ion Generator a true test. I have no doubts that in the morning there will be no signs or smells of cigar smoke in the "smoking room".
I've got 2 other LP vitolas at home and can't wait to try those as well. I've not been cigar shopping in quite some time as I'm trying to work my way through the stuff I've been accumulating for the last 5 years, but when I do go shopping, I'll be seeking these out.
I now see and can lay claim to what all the fuss is about. Consider me a fan!!
