Damn, there sure are alot of Ryans on this site.
Too many, if you ask me (my little brother is also a Ryan... and he still, to this day, lives to annoy the shit outta me).

Welcome to you sir! What are your favorite cigars these days and is dry heat really "better" than wet heat? My oven is dry heat and it's hot as hell in there! :pitchfork
My favorite cigars these days are these Liga's! No. 9 has me hooked! My lounge by my place gets some Dirty Rats and Feral Flying Pigs in about every few months... that box of FFP's as my avatar is 4-5 months of buying them 2 at a time and saving... (they limit your purchase to 2 a person...have to send in my friends under cover to help me grab them up!) They are sitting in my humidor - I haven't even tried one yet! I guess I'm a hoarder! Please, please, please, if anyone knows where I can get them at a better price than what I'm paying ($17 and change with tax per stick), let me know!!! My lounge is one of the only around me (East Valley, Phx) that even carries Ligas.

The dry heat - is still f---ing hot. I don't care what anyone says. When my car says its 117 degrees outside, it feels like I just opened the grille while cooking. It's HOT! I'm from New England and yes, when its 90 out and humid and sticky, it's uncomfortable, but 117, is just as bad!

Million dollar condo tower!?!? That was for the whole tower right hahah... those AZ housing prices make me jealous.

Welcome to the site! Lots of fun to be had, information to soak up and BS to shoot!!!
It is amazing the prices of real estate out here! Actually in 2009, I rented a condo on the 4th floor of a new high rise in Scottsdale than was on the brink of bankruptcy, for the second time. I had to sign a lease option to buy (obliviously with no intent) for $895,000 that they rented to me for $2500/month. It was a score! 2000 sq ft of brand new everything, roof top pool and 24 room service! I think my divorce had something to do with the fact that when my "balling on a budget" came to real life and I moved my wife and I into a "real life" condo, shit hit the fan. Glad I saw her true colors before we decided to have kids and make a family.
