My latest Humidor made from Koa

Here is the inlay made easy. First you make your pieces and stack accordingly.


After smoking a cigar waiting for the glue to dry, cut the pieces into 1/2 inch thick strips.

Now cut up a bunch of 30 degree triangles.

Turn them around and glue them up.



Wait for glue to dry by smoking another cigar.
Glue the 2 1/2's together.



You have an inlay.:ccool:

Very nice. I have given some thought to making a humidor. I have all the tools required. And this would make it look very fancy.

Did you make this box yourself or did you buy it?

yeah... that inlay is easy to make... I could do that in my sleep (and only if I dream of it...) cause it aint happening. I wish I had the skills/time/knowledge to make something half as nice as that.

Your work is incredible as always..
