You already have a structure and nice furniture, now all you need to do is install insulation, dry wall and throw on a warm paint tone. After that is finished, you just need to find your self an adequate space heater and cigar paraphernalia, throw a stocked humidor into the mix and you are good to go!

Hop on a flight to DFW, I'm just a few minutes from there....so, a 2.5-3 hour flight or so?
