yeah, when I felt sick to my stomach I would eat a couple..And before bed I usually ate one..I also drank alot of milk. My Dr. said it would help flare ups..The hard peppermint never worked good just the soft puffs..Hope this helps her..And diet is a good thing too, no hot stuff and no onoins,peppers and other stuff most of us love after 6-7 at night..Was that during the attacks? We usually have a couple bags of those around the house all the time. I'll have to suggest that to her.
