Hi, I'm Jeremy from South Florida...I'm starting to get into smoking cigars...don't have too many at the moment...but Daryl(negative330) turned me on to the site. I'm here to learn about cigars, and maybe teach some people that smoke isn't just good for cigars(ribs, chicken and brisket too)

I'm still learning, but I enjoy medium bodied sticks, and short smokes....don't have huge amounts of time with a baby less than a year old.

nice! anytime you want...I have a butt recipe for the slow cooker, I'll hold off on smoking one until I get a better rig.

smoked turkeys and hams are great. Smoke a turkey breast before you go and take it with you. It'll be a hit!

Yeah by some wierd cosmic occurence thanksgiving is at my house (only place with enough room) looking at 30 people. and i was assigned the turkey and ham. so want to do something different scared that the family wont like it. plus side is i'll be able to enjoy a smoke with dinner this year.
