suggestion, and this is something I do with pretty much everything...brine your meat...it saves things from drying out. and makes things very juicy.Yeah by some wierd cosmic occurence thanksgiving is at my house (only place with enough room) looking at 30 people. and i was assigned the turkey and ham. so want to do something different scared that the family wont like it. plus side is i'll be able to enjoy a smoke with dinner this year.
