There is another that some guy swear by, but it escapes me what it is.

I work 3 miles fro hi time wine so I can grab you anything you see there if they won't ship.

Just picked up a bottle of Highland Park today and a bottle of Dalmore Cigar Malt.

So far so good with Chivas, Albelour, Balvenie, (can't spell Scottish names)

I dont know about favorites, but I am enjoying these 3 currently.

Lagavulin 16 - Islay
GlenMoangie Cellar 13 - Highland
Glenlivet Nadurra - Speyside

I'll have to remember this...It was a hit to the balls when they quit shipping liquors.

Great thread though. My top three:

1. Talisker - by a long shot, my favorite scotch. So well balanced, the perfect combination.
2. Lagavulin - more of a special occasion scotch; its like a bold maduro, something that's for certain occasions.
3. Dalmore - Sooooo smooth and rich.
