Sometimes the one-shop LEs are because of tobacco limitations, but in Pete's case it's because he LOVES experimenting with blending tobacco. He has said that that is he true passion. He does have a company to run, but doing these small batch blends let's him get his creativity fix without having to do all that a full release entails. So as long as he can recoup costs, it makes for a cheap and fun hobby for him. (this was from an interview last year and some comments he's made here).
The T110 is not made using particularly rare stuff, so making it a full line should not be a problem. I personally think that it's a GREAT idea, as there is crazy high demand right now for extra-full cigars, and the T110 has as good or better flavor than any I've had.
And BTW--count me WAY in for any lancero releases! The concept of a Verocu lancero keeps me up at night!!!
