Welcome From AZ, with that intro I think you'll fit in pretty nicely. noting from your selection of cigars you already have good taste, after spending a little time here ur probably gonna have to pitch that little desktop humidor. funny how @ one point I thought that was all I need. 2 coolidors later and I'm still slacking. oh btw I've only been here for 3 weeks!!Hi,
Im a new cigar junkie from Seattle. By day I work at a famous high tech company and by night Im an internationally known photography blogger. I have a great wife who hates cigars and three children who dont know daddy has a new passion yet.
I picked up my fondness for cigars just this past September in Las Vegas while staying at Mandalay Bay. I decided to stop by the Davidoff store in the casino where I picked up a wonderful Millennium Blend Robusto. I loved every second of it, so I made the newbie mistake and picked up a second. While I turned a little green, I kept things down and learned my lesson to start slow (something Im not good at doing).
Im a very driven and motivated person, so as soon as I got back home I started doing too much research on cigars. I picked up another couple Davidoff Millennium Blends from Famous Smoke and the rest is history.
Ive enjoyed the following so far:

It looks nice but its not a very good one.
As you probably noticed, Im chatty and love to talk about cigars. Feel free to reply with your thoughts and recommendations for cigars I should try when theres space left in my humidor again in the future (its full now).
Besides freezing my fingers off smoking outside on my front porch, I've had the pleasure of enjoying cigars at The Foundation Room in Las Vegas (heaven), Casa Fuente, and Lit (my local casino cigar lounge).
I'm not suffering the kind of cold you guys have - feel for ya man! If it weren't for the Casino on tribal land, I'd be still freezing myself outside but I've found a warm haven finally.I second that frozen finger thing. Its been so cold here, i celebrated the temps hitting the high 20's this weekend with a long over due smoke...
Yeah, it's already full. I've already resorted to picking up a couple empty Macanudo Vintage Maduro Robusto cigar boxes because they have a super tight seal and would make a perfect overflow humidor!MountainDog said:Oh, and even I know that your humidor (like mine) is not anywhere near large enough
I am trying to force myself from buying any more cigars until I've enjoyed the ones I have. My logical side says smoke what you've got to make room for more (this comes from the guy with $4k worth of auto detail supplies / gear purchased during one of my past obsessions).Welcome from Alabama. Sounds like it's winedor/coolidor time for you. You can resist, but it'll happen eventually.

Cool! I'm not a big fan of the Arturo Fuente Magnum R's, but the others I've had have been good.Welcome from a North of Seattle'r!
Great choices on those stick's man i still to this day have never had a fuente i didn't LOVE!
May be time for a Seattle HERF as i am starting to see more and more folks from our neck of the wood's on here.
Along with the few smoking areas brothers have posted on here, the Silver Reef Casino just north of Bellingham is actually in the process of building a full fledged "Cigar Lounge"!

I go to Lit (http://www.yelp.com/biz/lit-cigar-lounge-snoqualmie - see Booyeah for my review) and I hear Smokey Joe's in Fife is cool too. I'm really happy for the tribes in WA state now! ;-)
