Thanks for the welcome. I've been to Texas once (not counting a layover in Houston's airport for a couple of hours). Best steak I ever had was down there.

Well, that narrows it down to a few dozen. I've been to most of them, but none that are white jacket joints.

I just tried doing a Google search but none of the results gives a name that sounds familiar. It was about 15 years ago, so the chances that the restaurant is no longer in business is pretty high
