So, after I had my first cigar bar experience which turned out awfully, I've found that the trouble I've had with my first humidor has reached a point where it has to be returned.
Basically, a bracket that holds the tray was not attached when the humidor arrived due to a guy who can't operate a brad gun properly, and after following the manufacturers advice on trying to glue it a couple times, I'm just at my wits end.
This is supposedly a "high quality" respected vendor, but I've found them to be anything but so far. Offering to give me 10% off my next order wasn't really a motivator. I've emailed them again asking for a return shipping label and refund.
My rant is that I'm sick of being a noob and having to deal with crappy vendors until I can make some good contacts on my own. If this forum wasn't around, and I didn't have the benefit of your combined assistance, I probably would have made ten times the mistakes by now though.
So, thanks gentlemen, for that I am thankful.
Now to get these sticks into a better home...
