By no means do I believe it will be substandard. The more I think about it, the more interesting it sounds. It will probably turn out wonderful and start a candela craze with other cigar makers.

Dion announced on Twitter that he is releasing a limited quanity of Illusione HL in Maduro and Candela.

Over the last 2 weeks I have heard some very conflicting info on this smoke.

- Some say that it is a store (NHC) release only.

- Dion has reportedly said that he will release to any store that has an account and will take them

- I've heard that the presentation going to be a half&half box with both candela and maduro.

- 200 Boxes? 300 + Boxes?

Does anyone really know what's going on with these?

I think you are confusing (2) separate releases on this one bro:

(1.) NHC is getting a limited run stick from Pete that will run 500 or so boxes - 40 count boxes (20) natural and (20) maduro that should drop over the next couple of weeks. We saw these getting boxed on our trip to NICA last week.

(2.) Dion is doing a limited run of HLs in both Candela and Maduro that should be available to all retailers that have an Illusione account... from what I understand.

The Illusione run is available to all Illusione accounts yes. I know for a fact that Burning Leaf will be getting a supply of these cigars in.
