Thanks for the well wishes and congratulations guys! My training starts 8/11 and goes through 8/15. They just want to teach us their way of shooting portraits, their techniques and their equipment. Starting right after labor day, it kicks in and it's off and running time! Good thing is that we're paid a day rate. So if the shoot lasts 10 hours or 3 hours, we're paid the same. Plus there's a chance to get extra pay for doing more shoots on the weekends if we wanted to do school events such as sports and the such, which is fine by me! Mo' Money!!!!!

Thanks Rupe!!! I appreciate that! Speaking of events, I got the okay to talk about it from the band's PR guy but I'll be shooting Erasure on 12/30 and 12/31 at their NYC shows at Terminal 5. Erasure on New Years Eve should be off the hook!!! I actually got the gig 2-3 months ago but was asked not to say anything until after the dates and venue were locked down and the press release put out.
