Ugh, that sucks. That happened a lot last year on NHC with the Dracs. Once it's in the cart, it should stay that way!

That's exactly what I did...made sure all my info was stored and made sure I was logged in already at 11:59am. I took this very seriously lol!

I don't think it's possible with the set-up of any online ordering system to have it work that way. Otherwise someone could put them in their cart, leave the computer for a week, and never complete the purchase. Then the retailer is stuck. A drastic example, but illustrates the point.
