Hello and welcome to the insanity!!
If your not a seasoned smoker a Padron may be to strong for you to enjoy (Even for a B-day smoke). I would recommend any Tat with the Red Bands, Tat El Truinfador's, and Oliva V's. For a more expensive smoke even the OpusX would probibly suit you better than the Padron. However if you do decide to go with the Padron, I highly suggest the Anni 80th. Just my 2cents.

I was actually looking at a few reviews for the Opus X. Thanks for the other suggestions as well. I will check them out.
